After receiving your registration, we will send you a “pro forma” invoice with all the payment details. The pro forma invoice will arrive from the e-mail address:

After having paid the registration fee, you will receive a “prepayment invoice”. According to Hungarian Law, the “final invoice” will be sent to you via e-mail only after the Conference.
Please note that basic conference food and beverage (Coffee breaks, refreshments and lunches) are included in the registration fee.
You can change your in-person participation into an online participation until 31 May 2021. The difference of the registration fees will be refunded. (An administration fee of EUR 50 will be charged).
Changes must be sent in written form to email@example.com email address.
There will be no refund of modifications received after 31 May 2021.
